Rotterdam Harbour Run 2026 - Legero Group

Rotterdam Harbour Run 2026

NO PORT TO CHALLENGING.
NO FINISH TOO FAR.

At Legero International Group, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. Whether we are delivering critical marine and offshore logistics solutions around the world or collaborating across our global offices, success is built on trust, communication, resilience, and working together towards a common goal.

That is why we are proud to announce that Team Legero will participate in the Rotterdam Harbour Run 2026, taking place on 4 October 2026. The event offers a unique opportunity to experience the Port of Rotterdam from a completely different perspective, running through active port facilities, climbing over containers, and overcoming a variety of obstacles along the way. The Harbour Run features 6 km and 10 km obstacle courses through the industrial landscape of Europe’s largest port.

More than just a sporting challenge

The Harbour Run is an excellent team-building event that encourages colleagues to support one another, communicate effectively, and push beyond their comfort zones. The same qualities that drive success in logistics and supply chain operations are tested throughout the course: determination, adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork, and perseverance.

As a company deeply connected to the maritime industry, we are excited to take part in an event that celebrates the energy, innovation, and spirit of the Port of Rotterdam while strengthening the bonds within our own team.

We believe that strong teams create strong businesses. Activities such as the Harbour Run help us build relationships, improve collaboration, and foster the positive culture that has been part of Legero’s success for nearly four decades.

  • The Rotterdam Harbour Run takes participants through areas of the port that are normally closed to the public, offering a unique behind-the-scenes experience in Europe’s largest seaport.
  • The Port of Rotterdam stretches over approximately 40 kilometres from the city centre to the North Sea, making it one of the most important maritime and logistics hubs in the world.
  • Many of the obstacles during the Harbour Run are inspired by the physical challenges faced by port workers every day, turning the event into a true industrial adventure
  • Studies consistently show that employees who participate in team-building activities develop stronger communication skills, higher levels of trust, and better workplace collaboration.
  • The Harbour Run is not about being the fastest. It’s about determination, teamwork, resilience and having fun together, values that are also central to the Legero culture.
