Japan Silver Week Holiday Notice

We would like to inform our customers, partners, and suppliers that our Osaka office will be closed from 19 September 2026 through 23 September 2026 in observance of the Japanese Silver Week Holiday.

Silver Week is a national holiday period in Japan, during which many businesses and government-related services operate on reduced schedules or remain closed. As a result, our local operations in Osaka will be temporarily unavailable during this period.

Although our Osaka office will be closed during Silver Week, the Legero International Group network remains committed to supporting our customers worldwide. Our International offices will continue to coordinate where possible to ensure the highest level of service throughout the holiday period.

Shipment Instruction Deadlines
To ensure smooth handling of shipments before the holiday period, we kindly request customers to observe the following deadlines:

Shipment requests must be submitted no later than 16 September 2026 during Japan business hours.
Instructions received by 16 September 2026 will be processed as normal.
Instructions received from 17 September 2026 onwards will be processed from 24 September 2026.
Collection requests for 18 September 2026 should also be submitted before 16 September 2026 during business hours.

Shipment Instruction Deadlines
To minimise disruptions and ensure timely deliveries, we encourage all customers to submit shipment instructions as early as possible before the holiday closure.
Requests received after the cut-off date may experience delays until normal operations resume on 24 September 2026.
