Singapore Declares May 7th Public Holiday

The Government of Singapore has declared Saturday, May 7, 2011, as a one-off public holiday on account of the upcoming polls that will be held on that day.

The aforementioned announcement was made through a government gazette issued by Singapore President S.R. Nathan.

In case of emergency
